Jeff Hoeye serves as a co-founder and Managing Partner at LH Capital Holdings. Prior to his role at LH Capital, Jeff cultivated a distinguished career in business, specializing in management, business development, client success, and the implementation of new customer-centric technologies. With 12 years of experience in both B2B and B2C account management and client relations, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise that fosters transparency and consistently surpasses client expectations.

Over the past decade, Jeff has actively participated in every aspect of the real estate industry, encompassing the acquisition of short- and long-term investments, property rehabilitation, property management, and commercial real estate sales and leasing. Before establishing LH Capital Holdings, Jeff held the position of Associate Broker at Century 21 Affiliated.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as a professional certification in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. He is an esteemed member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and previously served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors (2020-2022) for the Realtor Association of South Central Wisconsin. Additionally, Jeff actively participates in various professional associations including the Commercial Brokers Group of Madison, the Jefferson County Board of Realtors, and the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce. He is also affiliated with CCIM and Downtown Madison, Inc.
